All our tenants are vetted and referenced via Homelet, whom also provide us with an acceptable referencing report. Once the tenants have been accepted via Homelet, we can then take advantage of all their insurance products. This will give you peace of mind and assurance that the tenants are financially stable and suitable to take tenancy of your property.

We are members of the Property Ombudsman, naea / propertymark, arla / propertymark and have client money protection. We pride ourselves with on ongoing training and regular property seminars, this keeps us updated and informed with the current legalisation, that allows us to give the client the best current advice to meet their legal obligations.
