You can arrange an online Sales/Lettings Valuation via our website and we are also arranging property video tours as an additional free service.

Valuations Sales/Lettings

For your safety and our staff’s safety, we are still advising the following so that we can carry out the valuation on your property safely.

You will need to inform us if you or anyone in your household are showing symptoms, have been self-isolating or if you or any households have been in contact with someone that has been showing symptoms or is self-isolating.

We would advise for the property to be empty, i.e. households would need to stand outside in the back or front gardens, all windows would need to be open to allow fresh air into the property. Our staff will be wearing gloves and a face covering to protect you and the property.

Once the valuation is finished, we can discuss the valuation and services outside in the garden or on the telephone, whichever you prefer.

Viewings Sales/Lettings

You will need to inform us if you or anyone in your household are showing symptoms, have been self-isolating or if you or any households have been in contact with someone that has been showing symptoms or is self-isolating.

The viewer would be advised not to touch anything in the property and if possible to wear gloves and a face covering on the viewing.

We would then discuss the viewing outside the property or on the telephone.
