Landlord Gas Safety Certificate, Energy Performance Certificate, Portable Appliances Test Certificate, NIC EIC Certificate for the electrical installation at the property, Inventory Report, Check in Service and Check-out Service.
You will need smoke alarms on all floors and a CO2 alarm on solid fuel appliances, we do recommend having a CO2 alarm installed as a duty of care and good practice.
EPC
Under the Government Regulations, you will need an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) with a minimum rating of E to rent out your property. This will need to be added to your property details and marketing material on all websites.
