Accompanying of Tenant(s) on viewing appointments (unless by special arrangement).

Obtaining first month’s rent and security deposit from the Tenant(s).
Drawing up and supervising of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
Holding Tenant(s) deposit in my deposit, Tenancy Deposit Solutions Ltd. (if required)
Deposit Registration Fee- £48.00 Inc. VAT. Register landlord and tenant details and protect the security deposit with my deposit, Tenancy Deposit Solutions Ltd. Provide the tenant(s) with the Deposit Certificate and Prescribed Information within 30 days of start date of the tenancy. (if instructed by landlord)

RENEWED TENANCY AGREEMENTS (landlord share).
An administration charge of £114.00 Inc. VAT is payable to cover the cost of preparing new documentation, arranging and supervising the signing and execution of the new agreement.
Court Attendance - £102.00 Inc. VAT. (per hour) To attend court, preparation and administration of all documentation needed for court case.
