Unique Property Services Ltd is a member of arla / propertymark, naea / propertymark, propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme. We comply with all the up-to-date legislation and right to rent checks. Tenants have a 24 hour log in account, where you can check on your viewings, print your monthly rent receipts and much more. Our Tenants Code of Practice will explain our services and what we need from you as a tenant. A holding deposit of one weeks rent would be taken to secure the property you wish to rent and you would be provided with a holding deposit receipt. We carry out full referencing, credit checks and right to rent checks with Homelet, referencing forms available upon request.
