Unique Property Services were established in 1999 and are an independent Estate Agent, that specialises in sales, lettings and management. Our experience plus local knowledge makes us experts within our industry.

The director of the company and staff members have over 50 years experience between them, with a vast knowledge and experience within the property industry plus the locations we deal with. We are available to answer any questions that you might have, if you are thinking of selling/buying or letting/renting.

We carry out many viewings and valuations on a daily basis, our office is open between the hours 09:00 to 21:00 and our phone lines are open 24 hours a day with an option to leave a message, along with our log in account for clients. This means we never miss an opportunity to sell or let your property.

As an independent Estate Agent we offer a personal, modern but traditional service which is also tailored to your requirements and we work on a No sale/let, No fee basis
